DBi-Desktop provides the ability to group selected fields!
When activated, each grid in Open Table will have a Group Header Panel that allows for dragging of fields to provide drill down grouping of data. If this feature is not enable, the Group Header Panel is not visible.
Simply drag the selected field to the Group Header Panel to allow grouping of the selected field. Dragging of multiple fields are also supported to provide an even greater level of detail.
To remove the group, drag the desired column back to the grid column.
Tip: Right-Click on the Group Header Panel to activate a menu that provides the option to remove all active groups.
Warning: There may be a significant delay in grouping / navigation when using large tables.
