Q: Why am I unable to see new menu items after upgrade?
A: You must delete the appropriate INI file located in the
DBi-Desktop\Menu directory. If you are unable to determine the correct file to delete, simply delete all INI files in the Menu sub-directory.
Q: Why am I unable to view the AVI tutorials?
A: Please make sure you download and install the AVI codec required to view these files. (codec located on download and tutorials page)
Q: Is the help file included in the FULL install?
A: Yes. The FULL install includes the CHM version of the help file.
We provide this as a separate download for potential users for review.
Q: Why are -Print Table Report- and -Report Designer- disabled?
A: You must download the Customer Report Designer addon to enable these menu options. See the downloads page for details.
