In order to contribute to optimizing your working time, ExactSpent supports additional useful feature - alert to not working with computer when you are tracking the time spent for certain Job.
On the ...Other page of Settings window you can activate/deactivate alert function and specify the time when the alert window will be displayed; also the period for deleting old Completed Jobs is set here.
To open the ...Other page click Settings shortcut on the Navigation panel or click Settings command of Shortcuts menu and select ...Other in the left part of the Settings window.
Select Auto-Clear jobs in history, older than ... month if you want Completed Jobs to be deleted after certain period.
When Alert after ... minutes of non-keyboard work check-box selected, ExactSpent alerts you to not working with keyboard or mouse (simply moving the mouse is not considered) for ... minutes, when you are tracking the time spent for certain Job. No Keyboard Activity... window is displayed after some minutes (according to your settings).
No Keyboard Activity... window is an alert, displayed when you do not work with keyboard or mouse (simply moving the mouse is not considered) for certain period of time.
When the window is displayed, the timer continues to count the exact spent time for the Job. You have three options.
Note: The number you enter into Job was interrupted for ... minutes cannot exceed the total time of no keyboard (and mouse) activity.
