All documents issued in Projetex 2006 can be saved in .rtf format and/or printed using correspondent .rtf templates in format.

All templates are stored in subfolders of Templates folder (by default: C:\Program Files\Projetex 2006 Workstation\Templates).

On the Templates page of the Current User Settings you can manage templates and folders inside the Templates folder.

To open Templates page click menu Settings > Current and click Templates in the left part of the window.

By default Templates folder contains three subfolders: CLIENTS, EXPERTS and PROJECTS. CLIENTS and EXPERTS contain more subfolders (see the screenshot above) with correspondent .rtf templates.

Use little square buttons with icons for managing the subfolders.

Starting from the very left:

·	create new folder (in the Templates folder);

·	cut the folder;

·	copy the folder;

·	paste the folder;

·	delete the folder;

·	open Search window;

·	Icons view;

·	Titles view;

·	List view;

·	Details view;

·	Thumbnails view;

·	use it to open the Properties window for the selected folder.
