Using Shedules |

After a major upgrade, Projetex 2006 is powered with a new extra handy tool - visual Schedules for Clients, Projects, Corporate Experts and Freelancers. Two kinds of the Schedules are provided for each of the listed parts of Projetex 2006:
The general view of the Schedule page (Schedule of projects (and corresponding client jobs) for the selected client) :
General issues on Schedules
On the left panel of any Schedule page the names of the jobs or projects (depending on the particular Schedule); the jobs of projects themselves are represented in the form of horizontal columns, colors assigning allows you easily seeing which jobs/projects were completed (in time or late) and all pending jobs/projects (deadline in future/deadline in the past). The jobs/projects are displayed as horizontal columns, their length depends on the Assigned, Deadline, Completed date. The color shading depends on the job/project status:
Note: status colors can be changed on the Current User Settings > Colors:Status page. Note: double-click on the column representing the Job to open Edit Job window for this Job. To specify the period you want to be displayed, use Selected Period drop-down lists (select two dates: from-to). To apply the selected time period click Apply button: The columns of the calendar can represent different time interval. It can be either 1 day, 12 hours, 8 hours or 1 hour. Example:
Use Column Scale drop-down list to specify the necessary value: The set of available values for calendar graduation varies depending on the length of the Selected Period.
The width of the columns representing Jobs can range from small to large. Use Column width options to specify the necessary value:

Clients Schedules
Have a glance on this schedule to have a clear picture of all pending, due/overdue projects for the selected Client for the period specified. For example:
To open Schedule for a particular Client: 1. Click on the Client icon from the Navigation panel; switch to the Main tab.
2. Select the necessary Client from the Clients list on the Main tab:
3. Switch to the Schedule tab of the Client window. For details see: Client window > Schedule page
Have a glance on this schedule to have a clear picture of all pending, due/overdue projects (for all clients) for the period specified. For example:
To open the Schedule of all projects click on the Schedule of Projects icon from the Clients set of Navigation panel:
Projects Schedules
Use this schedule to get the picture of all client jobs (and expert jobs within their scope) of the particular project. At a glance you see what jobs need attention. Example:
Schedule page of the Project window is separated into two parts: Client Jobs of the selected project are displayed in the upper part; below you can see the Expert Jobs from their scope. If you want to see the Expert Jobs of the particular Client Job, select the corresponding column from in the upper part and then select Only Expert Jobs of Client Job selected option:
To open Schedule for a particular Project: 1. Click on the Project icon from the Navigation panel; switch to the Main tab.
2. Select the necessary Project from the Project list on the Main tab:
3. Switch to the Schedule tab of the Project window.
To open this type of schedule page click Schedule of Clint Jobs icon from the Projects scope in the Navigation panel: Use this schedule to get the picture of all projects (and client jobs within their scope) of the particular project. At a glance you see what projects need immediate attention. Example:
Schedule of Client Jobs page is separated into two parts: all Projects are displayed in the upper part; below you can see the Client Jobs from their scope. If you want to see the Client Jobs of the particular Project, select the corresponding column from in the upper part and then select Only Client Jobs of the Project selected above option:
To open the Schedule of all projects click on the Schedule of Projects icon from the Clients set of Navigation panel:

To open Schedule for a particular Corporate Expert: 1. Click on the Corporate Expert icon from the Navigation panel; switch to the Main tab.
2. Select the necessary Expert from the Corporate Expert list on the Main tab:

Use this schedule to get the picture of all corporate jobs for the specified period. At a glance you see what jobs need immediate attention. Example:
To open the Schedule of all Corporate Jobs click on the Schedule of Corporate Expert Jobs icon from the Corporate Team set of Navigation panel:
Freelancers Schedules
Have a glance on this schedule to have a clear picture of all pending, due/overdue jobs of the freelance expert. You see which jobs need attention at once. Example:
To open Schedule for a particular Freelancer: 1. Click on the Client icon from the Navigation panel; switch to the Main tab.
2. Select the necessary Freelancer from the Freelancers list on the Main tab:
3. Switch to the Schedule tab of the Freelancer window.
Use this schedule to get the picture of all freelance jobs for the specified period. At a glance you see what jobs need immediate attention. Example: To open the Schedule of all Freelancers click on the Schedule of Freelance Jobs icon from the Freelancers set of Navigation panel:
