TsiLang Expert Options

This dialog allows you to set up general options for the TsiLang Expert. The page control contains two tabs:

Here you can choose menu item location and shortcut for TsiLang Expert (by default position and shortcut are under Tools menu of the IDE  and Ctrl+L, respectively). Also you can set the default type of TsiLang components on newly processed forms as well as number and names for languages.

Open all forms at startup- allows TsiLang Expert to open all forms at expert's launching. This is not recommended for projects containing many forms.

Replacement options for  strings and string constants that appear in the project's units. After the command File|Source|With(Without) Form is performed all string occurrences in the unit are replaced according to established rules: For example, expression

...

ShowMessage('Hello, World!');

...

is replaced with this one

...

ShowMessage(TsiLang1.<MethodName>('<PREFIX>0' (* 'Hello, World!' *) ));

...

where <MethodName> is either "GetText" or "GetTextOrDefault",  <PREFIX> is a string prefix, by default "ID_".

Add form name- allows TsiLang Expert to add current form name before method call.

Ignored string length- allows to skip strings shorter than value.

Comments length- specifies how long the initial string comments shall be placed on replacement.

Empty values after replacement- Expert will empty values of string constants when translating CONST section when this option is activated.

Exclude strings containing only characters like- allows to skip strings that is built only from characters specified in this option

Skip lines containing- allows to exclude source lines containing specified phrases. This is useful when you need to exclude some particular functions calls from translating.
