Using the SnagIt Add-In for Microsoft PowerPoint
Taking a capture with the SnagIt add-in for PowerPoint is easy to do! Simply select the desired capture option from the dropdown menu on the toolbar and then and click the Capture button
. That's it - just one click and you're done. The default selection of capture options will take a capture that retains links and hotspots and paste the capture right into your PowerPoint presentation.
SnagIt Add-In for PowerPoint ToolbarThe default toolbar is made up of the following buttons:

Perform a SnagIt Capture Click to start taking a screen capture.![]()
Set up a SnagIt Capture Click to open the SnagIt Add-In for Internet Explorer dialog box where you can define the setup options for captures performed with the add-in.![]()
Select the Capture Type Use this dropdown menu to select the type of capture. See Selecting the PowerPoint Add-In Capture Options for more information.![]()
Insert Flash into presentation Click to quickly and easily insert a Flash file (.swf) into a PowerPoint presentation. See Insert Flash into Presentation for more information.
