Use T-Window for Excel to translate the text contained in Microsoft Excel (*.xls) workbook and worksheet, Lotus space-delimited files (*.prn), tab delimited text (*.txt) and comma separated value format (*.csv) files using Translator's Workbench.
Open T-Window for Excel and create a new project.
Choose the source file to be translated.
Enter the file name and path for the target file. T-Window for Excel supplies a default file name and path, storing the target file in the same directory as the source file.
The project opens. The T-Window for Excel window includes the Workbook Settings bar and five text fields.

Choose the worksheets, rows and columns that you want to translate from the Workbook Settings bar. You can choose to translate several worksheets, columns or words at a time. Choose whether you prefer to translate by row or column and the specific row/column number you want to translate.

Translate using Translator's Workbench as usual. You can view the source file or preview the target file in Excel as you work.
Save and close the project. You can open the target file in Excel.
Note: Diagrams and charts contained in an Excel file cannot be translated with T-Window for Excel. These items should be translated with T-Window for Clipboard.
