Check which operating system you are using. Rebuilding the target language application file is only supported on Windows NT, 2000 and XP as the respective routine is not included on Windows 9x/ME operating systems.
You cannot paste strings into the target field. For example, if you do a concordance search from within T-Window for Clipboard, you are not able to copy/paste the target language equivalent of your search expression into the target field of T-Window for Clipboard. This is because any copy action pastes the clipboard content to the source field of T-Window for Clipboard.
This is because T-Window needs to convert the *.xls file to HTML before analysis takes place. Make sure that the html4.ini is installed as a Translator's Workbench DTD Settings file. For more information on how to do this, see the Translator's Workbench online help.
This is because the fonts are set for the source and target language rather than the windows in the Font dialog box. Remember that the target font settings affect all Source Window settings except the current source segment window.
This is due to different segmentation algorithms in Translator's Workbench and T-Window. Change the segmentation rules so that only the End of Paragraph rule remains.
If your source and target fields are not appearing blue and yellow/green respectively, this is because the Display Settings in the Windows Control Panel are set to 256 colours. Go to your Control Panel and change them to High Color (16 bit), or preferably to True Color (32 bit).
Check that you have not tried to localise accelerators. Accelerators are not supported by T-Window for Executables.
All T-Windows retain the font size and formatting of the screen fonts as defined in the Font Settings dialog between sessions. The specified fonts themselves, however, are not retained, because these are language dependent and are therefore always reset to the respective default fonts, according to the language direction defined in the translation memory, whenever a T-Window session is closed and a new one is started.
