Create Panorama Images
In XnView, the term "panorama images" is used for images joined horizontally or vertically. Panorama images in the sense of panorama views, that is views that are created from several photographs at the same position and in different directions, are not discussed here and are not supported by XnView.
For creating panorama images, the image may have completely different contents, since the image are just joined to a large image.
Here is a panorama image created of five images:
How To Create a Panorama Image:
- Choose the menu item .
- In the Create a panorama image dialog, add the images using the Add button. The selected files appear in the File List. You can change the order in which the images appear in the panorama image using the Move Up and Move Down buttons.
-
Choose whether to have a horizontal (next to each other) or a Vertical (Under each other) panorama image, using the Horizontal adjustment and Vertical adjustment options in the Options sub-window.
- Images often have different dimensions, use the Alignment option to set the alignment of the images in the panorama image.
- Create the panorama image by pressing the Create button.
XnView creates and displays the panorama image. If the original images have different height, or width, respectively, it is recommended to cut the panorama image.
