Changes parameters in list.

Description
The PSCChangeParamsInStrings procedure replaces all parameters in S list by values taken from Params list. Parameters in S list should be separated with '%' symbol (%APPPATH% for example). Format of the Parms list items is "Name=Value" ('AppPath=C:\PSOFT' for example).
