PSCCreateMergedPopupMenu creates new popup menu from two popup menus AMenu1 and AMenu2. New popup menu has the same owner as AMenu1 component. New popup menu includes the copies of menu items from AMenu1 and AMenu2. Submenus are not being copied. Menu items in new popup menu are grouped by GroupIndex property.
