PSCProcessExtraMenuSeparators can show hidden menu separator, hide or remove double separators and top and bottom separators. MenuItem determines menu item whose children menus will be processed. ActionCode determines action from (msaRemove, msaHide, msaShowHide) values:
ActionCode - Action
msaRemove - unnecessary items will be deleted
msaHide - unnecessary items will be hidden
msaShowHide - hidden items will be showed
