Changes format of the date to have month number instead of month name.

Description
Use PSCRemoveExtraMonthFormat to convert date format so months will be displayed as month number instead of month name if date format is used. DateFormat parameter specifies input date format. If KeepLeadingZero is True, month number will have leading zero if it's length was one digit.
