Description
TPSCDayConst allows determining exactly the name and the date of the holiday or any other event. User can determine exactly date of holiday, for example "September 30 2000", or related holiday, for example "the first Wednesday in the September". The kind of the date is determined by the Kind. In related holidays item Day can have value -1. This feature allows defining holiday, like "the last Wednesday in the September".
