Description
TPSCHolidayItem allows determining the user's holiday. This holiday is countries independent. User can determine exactly date holiday, for example "September 30 2000" or determine related holiday, like "the first Wednesday in the September". KindOfDay determines type of holiday. In related holidays item Day can have value -1. This feature allows defining holiday, like "the last Wednesday in the September". Also TPSCHolidayItem allows converting date of the holiday to a value of TDateTime type or inversely.
