It is quite usual when several users will have the same scope of rights for Projetex 2006. Therefore it is very convenient to have some standard access roles (particular set of access rights) created, as there will be no need to specify the same settings many times. You can define these access roles on the Access Roles page of Corporate Settings window: To open Access Roles page click Access Roles in the left part of the Corporate Settings window
To create a new Access Role: 1. Click New button. New Access Role window opens. 2. Specify the Position name the role is created for. 3. Specify the access to:
4. Click OK to save changes or click Cancel to discard.
To edit the existing Access Role: 1. Select the necessary Access Role from the list. 2. Click Edit button. 3. Change Position name of access rights in the Edit Access Role window (it is similar to New Access Role window described above). 4. Click OK to save changes or click Cancel to discard.
To delete the existing Access Role: 1. Select Access Role from the list. 2. Click Delete button. 3. The record will be deleted after your confirmation.
