Clear Locks

To avoid impacts when several users try to access one database record Projetex 2006 locks the record when it is being edited and unlocks it when the edit window is closed.

If some technical problems occur the unlocking of the record may fail. (The record will be unavailable for all users).

In this case you can use Clear Locks procedure to unlock the record.

To run this procedure switch to the Database tab of the Projetex 2006 Server Administrator, switch database to the Offline mode and click Clear Locks button:

Note: do not forget to switch back to the Online mode to make Server available for Projetex 2006 Workstations again.
