Hiding and displaying columns

On Corporate Jobs and JAs pages you may easily hide the unnecessary information:

1. Right-click anywhere on the Corporate Jobs page. Menu containing two commands: Customize Columns and Vertical View will appear.

2. Click Customize Columns to open Customize Columns window:

3. Select the names of the columns you want to display and clear those you want to hide. To restore default columns, click Default.

4. Press OK to apply the changes or Cancel to leave the columns unchanged.

Click Vertical View to see the selected record in a vertical view (thus all fields will be visible, no need to scroll). For example:

Moving columns

You can easily change the order of the columns displayed:

1. Click the column name (e.g. JA Code) and hold the mouse button. Black line will appear to the left of this column:

2. Still holding the mouse button, drag the black line to the desired place (e.g. the second column of the table):

3. Release mouse button. The column is moved to the desired place:

Optionally you can use Move Up/Move Down buttons of the Customize Columns window described above to change the order of the columns.

Sorting records

You can easily sort your Job or Job Assignment records by any property (e.g. JA Code, Name etc.) To do it just click the column caption in the list.

example Example:

If you want to sort your Jobs by Job Assignment Code, click JA Code heading in the table:

If you click JA Code heading one more time, the order of sorting will be reversed:
