Sound Alerts

Sound Alerts page of Corporate Settings window enables you to manage sound dimension of work within Projetex 2006 in the situations listed below:

·	insufficient disk space reached (for Projetex 2006 Server only);

·	time for editing locked record expires (for Projetex 2006 Workstation only).

When this events occur, speaker can start to beep, alerting you.

To open Sound Alerts page click Sound Alerts in the left part of the Corporate Settings window.

To enable alert about insufficient free disk space on computer, where Server is installed, select Insufficient disk space on Server PC, warn if less than ... Mb option and specify the limit space volume. (If free space left becomes less than the volume specified, sound alert starts).

To enable alert for editing locked records time expiry select the corresponding option.
