The Jobs Menu

The Jobs menu allows you to create, edit, and run WinZip® jobs. The menu entries are:

• Create a new WinZip job.
• Edit an existing WinZip job.
• Run starts the selected WinZip job.
• Run Recent (History) lists the jobs recently ran.

• Zip My Documents zips all files/folders found in the current user's My Documents folder.
• Zip My Desktop zips all files/folders found in the current user's Desktop folder.
• Zip My Windows Favorites zips all files/folders found in the current user's Favorites folder.
• Zip My E-mail zips the Outlook or Outlook Express mailbox of the current user.
• Zip My Documents, Desktop, Favorites, and E-mail zips all files/folders found in the current user's My Documents, Desktop, My Windows Favorites, and My E-mail folders.
