Gather allows developers to access data from the internal record buffer. Belows details how the gather function operates.

Single record in record buffer

No records in selected table:
Gather appends the data to the table.

Records exist in the selected table:
Selected record is overwritten with the data in the record buffer.

Multiple records in record buffer

All records are appended to the selected table

Tip:
To duplicate the selected record, you may also use the Duplicate command.
