Client window provides you with a possibility to view, edit and enter new information about your clients, as well as to manage financial aspects of Client Jobs and assignments, which include prices, payments, invoices and so on. A general view of this window is provided below.
Accountants mainly have to deal with clients, which are already in database, entered by sales executives. For more information on Main, Contacts, and Prices pages of Client window, please see Client window.
Client Jobs page of the Client window. Client Jobs page of the Client window helps you to supervise, add and modify Client Jobs done in various projects with particular Client. It provides you with information concerning names of Client Jobs, Projects and Clients, deadlines, statuses, and so on. See Client window > Client Jobs page for details.
Invoices You can keep records of invoices and balances of a particular client on the Invoices page of the Client window: You can add new invoices, edit and delete them, and also make them void. Besides, you can change status of the invoice (Approved or Not). For details on Invoices creating and managing see Client window > Invoices page.
Payments from Clients You can manage (create, edit, delete, link with Invoices) the Payments from the particular Client on the Payments page of the Client window:
