Quick Optimization of Local Database |

Quick Optimization command frees up unused space in database file and improves overall database performance. The need for optimization may vary depending on the number of entries in database and number of new entries created each day, but running Quick Optimization at least once a week is a good practice.
To perform Quick Optimization: 1. Click Database > Manage menu.
2. Click Quick Optimization button in the Database Manager window.
Note: Quick Optimization is performed automatically during Backup command. If you do backups regularly, there is no need to run Quick Optimization.
