Translation Office 3000 V8 allows you to track and register all your business activity: all information is stored in one database and can be easily accessed and managed through the intuitive and elaborated interface.

Start using TO3000 now!

 

Basic steps:

 

1. Set your Base Currency. For this click menu Settings > Advanced and specify the currency.

2. Enter the Client name and details on Main page of the Client window:

3. Create a new Project:

4. Add the Client Jobs records:

5. Issue the client Invoice:

6. On receiving the payment from a client, create a payment record in TO3000 and link it to the corresponding Invoice.

With TO3000 V8 you can also:

·Enter the marketing information about the each client.
·Create the list of special prices for each client and general list of prices and automatically use these prices when creating the jobs records.
·Create client quotes and turn them into projects with one click.
·See the aggregated account data and data for each client.
