Use the Align command to align file pair(s) and add the resulting translation units to the translation memory. Translator's Workbench must be running to perform this task.
Warning: To get the correct alignment results you may need to adjust the segmentation rules in Translator's Workbench for T-Window.
Note: Unlike WinAlign, you do not have the opportunity to review the aligned segments before the results are imported into a translation memory. However, you can choose the Create a New Translation Memory option in the Align File Pairs dialog box to create a new translation memory and add the resulting translation units to this empty translation memory. You can then use the Maintenance function in Translator's Workbench to review the alignment results before adding them to your working translation memory. If you find any incorrectly aligned translation units you should edit either the source or the target file to correct the problem and run the alignment again, this time choosing the Update Current Translation Memory option in the Align File Pairs dialog box to add the new translation units to your working translation memory.
