E-mail (Configuration)

Select the E-mail tab from the Configuration Dialog Box to set up a list of e-mail accounts for use by WinZip jobs.

The dialog displays your current list of e-mail accounts. From the dialog you can:

• Create a new account: Click the Add button to create a new e-mail account.
• Delete an account: Select an existing account in the list and click Remove to remove the account from the list.
• Edit settings for an account: Select an account and click Change to change account information such as the e-mail server name, user name, password, etc.
• Rename an account: Click Rename to rename an account. The account name is the name that is shown in the account list and wherever you need to specify an email account. When a new account is created, the account's e-mail address serves as its name, but you can change this to a friendlier or more descriptive name if you wish.
• Set the default account: At any time, one and only one account is the default account. This is the account that will be used to send e-mail if you do not specify a different account. To change the default account, select the account in the list and click Set as Default.
